Profession:Michael Dippo joined SWBC in 1994 with nearly 20 years of experience working in banks and other financial institutions. As Senior Vice President of Loan Risk Management within our Financial Institution Division, he works closely with our Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) carriers to manage existing CPI products and develop new programs for our clients. He is responsible for underwriting, assisting with sales presentations, continuing education for our sales staff, overseeing the financial performance of the product and managing insurance carrier relationships.

Profession:  Ernie Richter worked for ExxonMobil for 36 years as a petroleum engineer and as Human Resources Manager for US Production, Middle East-North Africa regions and the HR Manager for ExxonMobil Upstream Businesses.  He retired in 2017 and moved to Boerne, TX.

Graham is also serving on the board for the Texas Alliance of Recreational Organizations and as the Advocacy/Legislative Chairperson for the Lone Star Chapter of the Club Manager’s Association, representing over 120 clubs and facilities in Texas. Prior service includes serving on the board for the Texas Lone Star Chapter of CMAA for six years, including the role as President.

Profession:  Taught at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.  In Virginia she worked for Carillon Hospital as an Educational Consultant to assess and diagnose children with life long disabilities.  Currently, volunteers with CASA.

Cindy grew up in Houston, TX.  She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa College of Law and was commissioned as a US Air Force Judge Advocate.  Cindy has lived around the world as a JAG Officer and now resides in Fair Oaks Ranch with her husband Fred.
