Profession:Michael Dippo joined SWBC in 1994 with nearly 20 years of experience working in banks and other financial institutions. As Senior Vice President of Loan Risk Management within our Financial Institution Division, he works closely with our Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) carriers to manage existing CPI products and develop new programs for our clients. He is responsible for underwriting, assisting with sales presentations, continuing education for our sales staff, overseeing the financial performance of the product and managing insurance carrier relationships.

Cindy grew up in Houston, TX. She received her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa College of Law and was commissioned as a US Air Force Judge Advocate. Cindy has lived around the world as a JAG Officer and now resides in Fair Oaks Ranch with her husband Fred.

Sam is the CEO of Crestmont Private Wealth in Boerne, a graduate of Texas ASM and the University of Houston MBA Program. Sam brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the HCFS Board.
In addition, Sam is a volunteer firefighter for the Boerne Fire Department.
HCFS is the center hub in a network of organizations and agencies throughout Kendall County.
